** Co posts Q3 net sales of $239.1 mln, above analyst est. of $233.5 mln, according to data compiled by LSEG

** Q3 net income surged to $9.2 mln, above analyst est. of $4.5 mln

** Holiday season off to strong start: Q4-to-date comparable sales up 6.6%, Black Friday-Cyber Monday comparable sales up 8.7%
