** Shares of steel pipe products maker  ZKIN  jump 20.3% to
$13.25 in morning trade 
    ** Announces formation of new unit xSigma Entertainment Ltd,

    ** ZKIN plans to enter the online gaming industry in the
U.S.; hence, investments will be weighted towards companies with
access to the U.S. gaming market
    ** Stock has risen 22.2% this year
