Zinco Mining Corporation is a Canada-based an exploration stage company. The Company operates through the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral interests. The Company is primarily engaged in the process of exploring its exploration and evaluation assets. Its mineral property consists of approximately seven adjacent mining concessions (El Maple Group): El Maple, El Maple Fracc. 1, La Diana, San Antonio 2 Fracc. 1, San Antonio Fracc. II, Peregrina Fracc., Peregrina Fracc. 2, which are all located southeast of Puerto Vallarta in the Cuale Mining District. The Company’s wholly owned subsidiaries include Minera Croesus S.A. de C.V. (Minera Croesus) and Minera Asteria S.A de C.V. (Minera Asteria).
