Zegona promoted into the MSCI United Kingdom Index

 

Zegona Communications plc (the "Company") announces that its ordinary shares
are promoted into the MSCI United Kingdom Index as of the close of today, 27
February 2026. The MSCI United Kingdom Index measures the performance of the
large and mid cap segments of the UK market and is tracked by a number of
Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) and active managers.
