Directorate Change

Young’s, the premium operator of pubs and bedrooms in London and the South
of England, announces the following change to its Board of Directors.

Sarah Sergeant, who was appointed to the Board of Young’s as an independent
non-executive director in 2023, has decided to step down from the Board with
effect from 31(st) March 2026, to allow more time to focus on her other
commitments.

The Board has initiated a search process for an additional independent
non-executive director and will provide an update in due course.

Steve Cooke, Non-Executive Chairman, commented:
