Wall Street's main stock indexes rose on Wednesday as investors looked forward
to the Federal Reserve's monetary policy decision, while megacap stocks gained
as bond yields eased after the U.S. Treasury Department's refunding plans.  .N 
    
    At 11:35 ET, the Dow Jones Industrial Average  .DJI  was up 0.41% at
33,188.9. The S&P 500  .SPX  was up 0.49% at 4,214.52 and the Nasdaq Composite
 .IXIC  was up 0.57% at 12,924.695.
