* Unit entered into a non-binding memorandum of
understanding ("mou") with Myanmar Marcopolo Co., Ltd
* MOU in relation to incorporation of a joint venture
company in Myanmar
* XMH engineering and MMP will hold 70% and 30% of equity
interest in joint venture entity respectively.
