("Wynnstay" or "the Group" or "the Company")

Dividend timetable

 

 

The Company provides the dividend timetable for the final dividend of 12.1p
per ordinary shares proposed in its final results for the year ended 31
October 2025 released on 9 February 2026.

 

Subject to approval at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 24 March 2026,
the final dividend will be paid on 30 April 2026 to shareholders on the
register at the close of business on 27 March 2026.
