after hitting intraday high of $5.70, highest level since March

    ** WWR said it will build a graphite processing plant in

    ** Graphite is used as the anode for lithium-ion batteries,

    ** Prior to Tuesday's gain, WWR shares were down ~9.3% YTD;
stock had fallen for four straight months
    ** Daily volume of 15,401,195 was more than 12 times its
10-day avg of 1,164,488
