$4.99 
    ** WWR to transfer listing from the Nasdaq Capital Market to
NYSE American on March 19  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nBw9StC50a
    ** Co says with General Motors  GM.N  looking to build a
second battery factory in the United States, and electric
vehicles and the batteries that power them a growing market,
WWR's planned battery graphite business is well timed to take
advantage of these markets in the U.S. and abroad
    ** Westwater's common stock will continue to trade under its
existing "WWR" symbol
    ** The last day of trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market is
expected to be March 18
    ** Up to last close, stock up 5.2% YTD
