Westwater jumps as board approves building Alabama graphite plant

** Shares of clean-energy metals miner  WWR.O  surge as much
as 14.61% premarket to a two-month high of $4.02 
    ** WWR says board approves construction of phase 1 of its
its Coosa Graphite Project, a graphite processing plant in

    ** Construction activities are expected to begin before the
end of 2021-WWR
    ** In early 2023, project is expected to begin processing
~8,050 metric tons (mt) per year of graphite concentrate - WWR
    ** Graphite is used as the anode for lithium-ion batteries,
which are utilized in electric and hybrid vehicles
    ** Co's plant will purify natural graphite concentrates to
produce battery-ready graphite products
    ** Stock down ~29% YTD, as of last close
