** Shares of Jadar Lithium Ltd  JDR.AX  surge as much as 30%
to A$0.013, their highest since April 2
    ** The diversified mineral explorer acquires advanced
Yanamina gold project, which has gold resource of over 200,000

    ** The project is being purchased from Canadian-listed
company Wealth Minerals ltd  WML.V  for $100,000 in cash and
1.0% net smelter royalty
    ** Co will undertake a capital placement of $380,000 at
$0.009 per share to fund the acquisition 
    ** Stock posts biggest intraday pct gain since March 19
    ** Over 2.7 mln shares change hands, compared with the
30-day average volume of 1.04 mln shares
