Result of AGM

Water Intelligence plc (AIM: WATR.L) ("Water Intelligence" or "Group"), a
leading multinational provider of precision, minimally-invasive leak detection
and remediation solutions for both potable and non-potable water is pleased to
confirm that at the Company's Annual General Meeting held at 10:30 a.m. on 2
January 2026 that all resolutions, including the Rule 9 Waivers (the "Rule 9
Waiver Resolutions"), were duly passed.

The full text of the Rule 9 Waiver Resolutions was included in the Company's
Notice of Annual General Meeting (dated 9 December 2025) that was posted to
shareholders and also made available on the Company's
website www.waterintelligence.co.uk (http://www.waterintelligence.co.uk)
 (the "Notice").

The Company has renewed the authority to buy back shares. Further
announcements will be made at the relevant times regarding implementation of
the Share Buy-Back Authority.
