 * Hold-placing of new shares under general mandate  
 * Company entered into the placing agreement 
 * Agreed to place up to 40 million placing shares at the placing price of 
   HK$2.00 per placing share 
 * The net proceeds from the placing are intended to be used for financing any potential investment opportunities of the group 
 * Expected that net proceeds from placing will be approximately HK$78.1 million 
   respectively
