    * versus holding, unit of co , and versus zhuhai, an 
indirect unit , entered into share subscription agreement with 
versus vietnam, 
    * versus holding has agreed to subscribe for, and versus 
vietnam has agreed to allot and issue the subscription shares 
    * also informed that b&e holding has agreed to subscribe 
for, and versus vietnam has agreed to allot and issue 8mln 
shares 
    * versus vietnam has agreed to allot and issue 8 million 
shares to b&e in the consideration of us$4.2 million
