Brief: Virscend Education says affiliated entity entered into school establishment agreement

June 30 (Reuters) - Virscend Education Co Ltd  1565.HK : 
 * Chengdu foreign languages school, a consolidated affiliated entity of the 
   company, has entered into the school establishment agreement 
 * Agreement with Purun and Chengdu Yirui pursuant to which parties agreed to 
   establish the school 
 * Total investment to be made by the parties is expected to be approximately 
   RMB250 million
