Results of General Meeting

 

The Board announces that at the General Meeting of Value and Indexed Property
Income Trust PLC, held at the offices of Dickson Minto LLP, 16 Charlotte
Square, Edinburgh, EH2 4DF at 11.45 a.m. today, Thursday, 25 September
2025, the Resolutions set out in the Notice of General Meeting within the
Circular to Shareholders dated 2 September 2025 were passed on a poll.

At the record date for the General Meeting, being 23 September 2025, the total
number of voting rights in the Company stood at 42,013,036 and the total
number of shares in issue was 45,549,975 (including 3,536,939 shares held in
treasury). The Company advises that for the General Meeting, 86 valid proxy
appointments were made in respect of up to 16,647,054 shares.

The numbers of proxy votes cast in respect of the Resolutions were as follows:

 at a price per share which is at a discount to the Company's most recently
 published net asset value per Share.

 To approve and adopt new Articles of Association of the Company.

 

*A vote withheld is not a vote in law and any such votes have not been
included in the votes for or against the respective Resolutions.
