Third quarterly interim dividend

The Board of Utilico Emerging Markets Trust plc has declared a third quarterly
interim dividend of 2.42p per ordinary share in respect of the year ending 31
March 2026, which will be paid on 27 March 2026 to shareholders on the
register on 6 March 2026. The ex-dividend date will be 5 March 2026.
