Response to the Draft Determination

 

United Utilities Water Limited (UUW) has today submitted its response to the
Draft Determination for the April 2025 to March 2030 period.

 

The response to the Draft Determination is an important step in the regulatory
framework that aims to enable the delivery of critical investment required to
improve river health, strengthen our network and deliver better services for
customers, communities and for the environment.

 

We look forward to continued constructive dialogue as we approach the Final
Determination on 19 December 2024.

 

There will be a presentation providing an update on the regulatory process
available on our website at 7am on Wednesday 4 September, followed by a
Q&A session with management at 2pm UK / 3pm CET.
