 * Updates on forensic investigation on suspected misappropriation of funds of 
subsidiary of company by a former employee 
 * "There is no evidence suggesting other staff were involved" 
 * The board will continue to monitor and review the internal control system for 
improvements 
 * According to the forensic investigation amount of funds misappropriated by 
former employee does not exceed RMB8.6 million 
 * Conducting a review of the relevant policies and has implemented several 
measures to strengthen internal controls 
 * Independent forensic expert has issued a draft report of the forensic 
investigation
