UBS (Lux) Fund Solutions
(the "Company")

 

Dear Shareholder,

We are writing to you as a shareholder of the Company ("Shareholder") to
inform you of the following upcoming changes to the sub-funds of the Company.

Capitalised terms used herein, unless otherwise defined, shall have the same
meaning as given to them in the prospectus of the Company (the "Prospectus").

 

1.             Name Change

The name of the following sub-fund of the Company (the "Sub-Fund") will be
updated to the "New Name" as set out below.

The change of name of the Sub-Fund will have no impact on the investment
objective, investment policy or the Index being tracked by the relevant
Sub-Fund.

Information for shareholders of the Company

 

The abovementioned changes will become effective as of 5 May 2026 and will be
reflected in the next version of the Prospectus.

 

The prospectus and key information documents of the SICAV are available free
