 * 1) proposed capital reduction and proposed cash distribution (2) proposed 
special dividend)  TSHC.SI  
 * Proposes to distribute S$0.1072 in cash for each share held by the 
shareholders as at the books closure date 
 * Proposed declaration of a one-tier tax-exempt special cash dividend of 
S$0.0160 for each share 
 * Proposed cash distribution pursuant to proposed capital reduction will be funded by cash and cash equivalents from the escrow account
