    * Entered into non-binding term sheet with Racecourse Road 
Properties, Tambusu Pty Ltd and Stanley Street Projects Pty Ltd 
    * Consideration by allotment and issuance of new ordinary 
shares in capital of co at issue price of S$0.035 per share 
    * Term sheet in respect of proposed acquisition of 100% of 
rights and interests of target assets
