 * On 7 July 2016, co entered into a sale and purchase agreement with Singapore 
Shenguan 
 * Consideration for the proposed property disposal shall be for the sum of 
S$16.1 million 
 * Intends to use part of net property proceeds approximately S$7.50 million towards repayment of existing bank loan
