Response to Share Price Movement

Trafalgar notes the significant increase in its share price today and the
announcement of the appointment of Dr Paul Francis Challinor as an Executive
Director, with immediate effect. Trafalgar confirms that it is not aware of
any other material commercial or operational reason for the significant
increase in its share price.
