Board Appointment
Trafalgar the AIM quoted residential and assisted living developer is pleased
to announce the appointment of Mr Paul Elliott to the Board with immediate
effect.
Paul Elliott is a property developer and entrepreneur with over 30 years of
experience in the real estate sector. He began his career at NatWest Bank
before transitioning into property management, where he co-founded his own
agency, Astute Estates Ltd. He specialises in strategic investment
opportunities, with a proven track record in property development, rental, and
asset turnaround.
Paul's keen eye for potential and strategic investment opportunities led to
the development, rental and sale of numerous properties and his portfolio
boasts successful turnarounds of distressed assets.
Paul Elliot commented: "I am delighted to be joining the Board of Trafalgar.
The Company represents a unique platform to develop the property portfolio
that I have access to, and the array of property deals that I have the ability
to procure, develop and add sale or rental value to, from various property
deals that I believe will add value."
Paul Elliott currently holds no ordinary shares in the Company.

Paul was previously a director of Blue Dog Property 2 Ltd, resigning on 30
July 2020. The company entered into members voluntary liquidation on 22
January 2021 and was dissolved on 24 June 2023.
Paul was a director of St Elphin's (Darley Dale) Limited, appointed on 9 June
2004. The company entered into a creditor's voluntary liquidation on 29 April
2005. The insolvency case is ongoing at the time of this announcement.
Paul was appointed a director of St Elphin's School Limited on 17 August 2004.
The company entered into administration on 17 April 2003, which was discharged
on 23 July 2009. The company subsequently entered into a corporate voluntary
arrangement on 17 August 2004, which was completed on 31 October 2005.
Creditors were due approximately £249,000 and a dividend was paid to all
class of creditors of 100 pence in the pound. The company was dissolved via
compulsory strike-off on 13 July 2010.
Paul was a director of Compare52 Ltd, which entered into a creditors'
voluntary liquidation on 5 January 2017 and was dissolved on 3 December 2019,
during which time Paul remained a director of the company. There were no
secured or preferential creditors. Unsecured creditor claims totalled
approximately £125,000; no distribution was made to creditors.
Paul was a director of Elliotts Vehicle Services Ltd, which entered into
compulsory liquidation on 3 September 2008 and commenced winding up on 19
January 2009. Paul resigned from the company on 28 March 2008.
Bankruptcies
Paul was subject to a personal bankruptcy order made by the Manchester Court
on 12 May 2008. No conditions for discharge were imposed, and the order was
discharged on 11 May 2009. Paul was subject to a second bankruptcy order made
by the Manchester Court on 29 September 2014. No conditions for discharge were
imposed, and the order was discharged on 28 September 2015.
Save for the information set out above, there are no further disclosures to be
made in accordance with Rule 17 and Schedule Two paragraph (g) of the AIM
Rules for Companies in respect of the appointment of Paul Elliott.
