    * Says it announces cancellation of business and capital
alliance
with ITOCHU Corporation  8001.T , effective Jan. 10, 2019
    * Says it plans a business and capital alliance with TDK
Corporation  6762.T , with a start date on Jan. 10, 2019
    * Says its top shareholder ITOCHU will transfer entire 1.3
million
shares (22.04 percent voting power) of the company to TDK
    * Says TDK will increase voting power in the company to
25.53
percent from 3.49 percent, and will become top shareholder of
the company
