 * Discloseable transaction disposal of the entire equity interest in best 
dollar international limited  
 * Deal for HK$50 million 
 * Unit entered into the disposal agreement 
 * Estimated that a gain of approximately HK$59.9 million will be recorded on 
disposal 
 * Pursuant to agreement vendor has agreed to sell and purchaser has agreed to 
acquire the sale shares and the sale loan 
 * Loan shall be satisfied in cash
