Placing of £1.55 million (the "Placing")

Issue of Equity

Total Voting Rights

 

Further to the announcement of 16 February 2026 and the passing of the
resolution at the General Meeting, the Company today announces the issue of
413,333,333 new ordinary shares of £0.001 at 0.375p per share (the "Placing
Shares") pursuant to the Placing.

The Company has made an application for admission to trading on AIM for the
Placing Shares which will rank, pari passu, with existing ordinary shares
("Admission") and Admission is expected on or around 20 February 2026.

At Admission, the Company's total issued share capital will consist of
853,943,988 Ordinary Shares with voting rights and such figure may be used by
shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which
they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a
change to their interest in Tiger under the Financial Conduct Authority's
Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules. The Company also holds 4,500,000
Ordinary Shares in treasury but there are no voting rights in respect of these
treasury shares.
