Grant of Awards under the Tesco PLC Savings-Related Share Option Scheme (2021)

On 9 December 2024, the persons listed below were granted options over
Ordinary shares of 6 1/3 pence each in the Company under the Company's
Savings-Related Share Option Scheme (2021) at an option price of 279.00 pence
per share.
