** U.K.-based Tiziana completes clinical trial of its
Foralumab, its proprietary human monoclonal antibody for the
treatment of COVID-19 patients in Brazil urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nGNEbzlyCs
** The topline data from the trial is expected to be
available in January 2021
** Co says among the positive results patients reported, the
most common was that the treatment resulted in the rapid
improvement in smell sensation, which is frequently lost in
COVID-19 patients
** This trial is the first to evaluate nasally administered
Foralumab to improve the immune system's fight against
coronaviruses
** Because COVID-19 enters through the respiratory passage,
the nasal delivery of Foralumab is expected to provide immediate
relief to COVID-19 patients
** U.S-listed shares rise 87% YTD
