Tavistock announces that it has today been advised that the Company's Group
Finance and Operations Director, Johanna Rager, has purchased 266,358 ordinary
shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company at a price of 4.9 pence
per share.

Following this transaction, Mrs Rager is interested in 4,185,358 ordinary
shares of 1 pence each representing 0.95 per cent. of the total voting rights
of the Company.
