Change of Auditor

Tavistock is pleased to announce the appointment of MHA Audit Services LLP
(trading as "MHA", a member of the Baker Tilly International network) as the
Company's auditor. RPG Crouch Chapman LLP ("RPG") has stood down as auditor to
the Company.

 

RPG has made the following statement in connection with Section 519 of the
Companies Act 2006

 

"Following the conclusion of our audit work for the year ended 31 March 2025,
we discussed with management the proposed change in the personnel on the audit
team, management's stated preference to work with new auditors and the change
in the risk profile of the audit. It was mutually agreed that the Company
would appoint new auditors."
