Change of Chief Financial Officer

 

Tan Delta Systems plc (AIM:TAND), a leading provider of intelligent monitoring
and maintenance systems for commercial and industrial equipment, announces a
change of CFO. On Friday 5(th) July 2024, our current CFO, Steve Johnson, will
amicably leave the Company to pursue other interests and coterminously, John
Higginbottom will join the Board as CFO.

John is a seasoned and highly experienced professional CFO with a successful
25 year track record of working in a variety of dynamic fast scaling medium
sized industrial-tech businesses. John will join the Board as CFO immediately
on Friday 5(th) July 2024 and will phase into a full time role with the
executive management over the coming months whilst other existing obligations
are completed.

John Nigel Higginbottom (aged 49 years) holds or has held the following
directorships in the last five years:

John was formerly a director of FEL Group Limited ("FEL"), having been
appointed CFO in March 2018. FEL suffered severe financial difficulties
following disagreement over a key client contract who failed to settle
outstanding invoices. FEL subsequently submitted a claim against the client
which remains ongoing. Subsequent fundamental cash flow issues resulted in FEL
entering into administration in June 2022.

John does not currently hold any ordinary shares in the Company. There are no
further disclosures to made be under Schedule 2 (g) of the AIM Rules for
Companies.
