Grant of Share Options

 

Ovoca Bio plc (LSE: OVB; ISE:OVXA), a biopharmaceutical company focused on identifying and developing novel therapeutics targeting the large unmet needs in the treatment of female sexual dysfunction, announces that options (the "Options") over ordinary shares with a nominal value of 12.5 cent each in the share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") have been awarded to certain PDMRs of the Company pursuant to the 2009 Share Option Plan, as set out below. The Options have an exercise price of 12.5 cent, a vesting period of 3 years and are subject to the satisfaction of performance conditions. In aggregate, the Company has granted options over a total of 7,100,000 Ordinary Shares to the below PDMRs and other employees of the Company. There were no other Options outstanding in the share capital of the Company prior to the grant of the Options summarised above.
