** Shares of automotive components maker Sterling Tools STTL.NS jump 4.7% to 346.7 rupees

** This is stock's highest level since late-July

** Co's unit signs license and supply agreements with China's Landworld Technology to locally manufacture products used in electrification in passenger and commercial vehicles

** Partnership is expected to generate 4.5 billion rupees ($51 million) revenue by FY30, co says

** About 360,000 shares of STTL traded, 4.4x the 30-day avg

** Stock down ~40% so far in 2025
