Director/PDMR Shareholding

 

Staffline (AIM: STAF), the recruitment group, has been notified that on 11
April 2025 Henry Spain Investment Services Limited, a person closely
associated ("PCA") with Thomas Spain, Non-Executive Director and Chairman of
the Company, purchased 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares at £0.297 per Ordinary
Share.

Therefore, the notifiable interest of Henry Spain Investment Services Limited
was 34,980,936 Ordinary Shares, representing 27.58% of the issued Ordinary
Share capital of the Company as at 11 April 2025.
