* Says co will acquire remaining 1,860 shares of ALTRUISM
through
stock swap, with effective on Jan. 23, 2018
* One share of ALTRUISM's stock will be exchanged with 9,358
shares of co's stock
* 17.4 million shares of co's stock will be exchanged
* Co will finally wholly own the firm ALTRUISM after
transactions
* ALTRUISM's current parent company, a Tokyo-based
restaurant
operation firm, will raise stake in co to 16.02 percent from 0
percent, and to become the top shareholder
