Telefonica has proposed laying off 5,040 people in Spain as part of cost-cutting efforts envisaged in its new strategy, trade unions UGT and CCOO said on Monday.
SOLARIA SLRS.MC
Berenberg cut Solaria to "hold" from "buy" but raised its target price to 19 euros from 12.5 euros.
VISCOFAN VIS.MC
Viscofan said on Monday that no fines were imposed for environmental violations at its Danville plant and that it has engaged the legal services of Baker & McKenzie to counter Hunterbrook Media's report.
Separately, it approved a 30 million euro share buyback programme.
