Wall Street's main indexes rose on Thursday after a jump in weekly jobless
claims eased some concerns about sharper rate hikes as investors geared up for a
key jobs report that could determine the Fed's future monetary policy path. .N 
    
    At 10:45 ET, the Dow Jones Industrial Average  .DJI  was up 0.45% at
32,947.26. The S&P 500  .SPX  was up 0.48% at 4,011.03 and the Nasdaq Composite
 .IXIC  was up 0.65% at 11,650.97.
