** Co says Canada's health regulator has approved the
application for expanded use of its non-surgical device as a
short-term treatment for mild and moderate symptoms of stroke,
in conjunction with physical therapy
** After treatment with the device, Portable Neuromodulation
Stimulator (PoNS), 28% of patients were no longer at fall risk
at the end of the 14-week treatment period - HSDT
** PoNS is already authorized in Canada for use as a
short-term treatment for chronic balance and gait deficit due to
mild to moderate traumatic brain injury and multiple sclerosis,
respectively - HSDT
** Up to Wednesday's close, stock tumbled ~92% over the past
12 months
