    Italy would accept an extension of article 50 on Britain's
exit from the European Union if London requests it, junior

    Proxy adviser Glass Lewis said on Wednesday Telecom Italia's
 TLIT.MI  shareholders should reject a proposal by top investor
Vivendi's  VIV.PA  to replace five board members at a March 29
shareholder meeting.
    Glass Lewis is the third proxy adviser to recommend that
TIM's shareholders vote against Vivendi's proposals.
