Directors' Shareholdings

 

On 8 April 2025, Julian Fagge, Director of Smiths Group plc was granted 21,219
share awards under the rules of the 2024 Smiths Group plc Long Term Incentive
Plan ('Awards'), and in accordance with the Company's Directors' Remuneration
Policy. The Awards were granted as conditional share awards over ordinary
shares of 37.5 pence each in the Company. The performance conditions for the
Awards will be measured over three financial years beginning on 1 August 2024.
