NZ's Sky Network Television rises after ending talks with MediaWorks

** Shares of Sky Network Television  SKT.NZ  jump as much as
10.2% to NZ$2.48, their best intraday session since Dec. 8, 2021
    ** NZ broadcaster says it has ceased talks to acquire

    ** Stock hits highest level since June 7
    ** Sky Network said earlier in June that it was in exclusive
negotiations with MediaWorks to buy its radio and out-of-home

    ** SKT skid 7.2% to log its worst session in over three
months on the day it disclosed the exclusive talks 
    ** SKT now down 16.7% YTD, as of last close
