    * Says it will issue 1.7 million shares to Odakyu Electric 
Railway 
Co Ltd  9007.T , at the price of 748 yen per share, and raise 
1.27 billion yen in total 
    * Payment date on March 6    
    * The proceeds will be used for development of warehouse and
