Total Voting Rights

 

Sherborne Investors (Guernsey) C Limited (the "Company") announces that, on 29
January 2026, the Company purchased 35,855,824 of its ordinary shares of no
par value ("Shares") at an average price, before fees and commissions, of
35.0p per share and on 30 January 2026, the Company purchased 2,201,665 of its
Shares at an average price, before fees and commissions, of 34.5p per share.
All purchased Shares will be cancelled.

 

On 30 January 2026 the total number of Shares with voting rights in issue in
the Company was 652,018,633. This figure may be used by shareholders as the
denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are
required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the
Company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
