 * Deal for total cash consideration of hk$52 million 
 * Company entered into the agreement with champ luck enterprise 
 * It is expected that the company will record a gain of approximately hk$1.5 million on the disposal 
 * Pursuant to deal, co agreed to sell sale interests, representing 49% of issued share capital of target company 
 * Says expected that the company will receive a net proceeds of approximately hk$51mln from the disposal
