** Shares of Serko Ltd  SKO.NZ  decline as much as 10.2% to
NZ$7.05, set for their worst intraday session since June 12
    ** Software maker says placement of NZ$75 million fully

    ** Issue price represents a 10.2% discount as of last close
on Tuesday
    ** Stock trades at its lowest since Aug 20; biggest
percentage loser in the S&P/NZX 50 index  .NZ50 
    ** Stock has risen 35.6% YTD, as of last close vs decrease
of 2.5% in the S&P/NZX 50 index  .NZ50
