2 March 2026 - SDI Group plc (https://sdigroup.com/) , the buy and build
group, focused on companies which design and manufacture specialist lab
equipment, industrial & scientific sensors and industrial & scientific
products, has been informed that Ken Ford, Non-Executive Chair, has sold
235,217 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), to
facilitate family financial planning.

 

Following this transaction, Ken Ford remains a material shareholder and now
holds 970,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, which represents approximately
0.93% of its issued share capital.
