San Leon, the independent oil and gas production, development and exploration
company focused on Nigeria, was informed on 9 February 2023 that funds managed
by Toscafund Asset Management LLP held 337,436,547 ordinary shares in the
Company, representing 75.00% of the issued share capital of the Company.
